If you want to grow up in your life. Then you will have to make some own rules for following on daily basis like. Like SAVERS. NOW you will be thinking that what is SAVERS. It's most important rule for our life. That can change our life. Now i am explaining about SAVERS so pls follow .
S . SILENT - we should follow that 1st rule whenever we getup at early morning everyday like we have to sit 4-5 mints at morning. And will have to meditation prayer, breathing whatever it is for you.

A. Affirmation - Encouraging words you tell yourself to achieve your goals, overcome fears, be healthy and happy and live out your purpose.
V. Visualization - Imagine yourself doing each thing step by step. That you need to do to accomplish your goals then imagine what feel like when you succeed.
E. Excercise - It doesn't have to be powerlifting or long distance running. Just
do some bodyweight exercises for 5 minutes the blood and oxygen flowing to brain.
R. Reading - Fill your brain with positive thoughts and ideas to improve you self learn the knowledge of people who have accomplished the things you want to do.
S. Scribbing - writing or jouraling
Is a great way to process your thoughts and reflect on your life. It will help you
Be more self-aware and more articulate .
