Comparison between South & Bollywood film Industry...!!

..................
I don't say south India film industry has lack of talent. Infact now a days the popularity of south film industry is growing day by day in all over India.. Even our neighbors like Pakistan Nepal Bangladesh Sri Lanka admire and like to watch South Indian film..
But the difference is how and which type of film given by both Bollywood and any south film industry .. Bollywood has given many milestone and different level film which appreciated by many countries..
We can take example of few movies like MY NAME IS KHAN portrayed by Srk and we can't see any film like this in south film.. We can take Swadesh, Lagaan, Rang de Basanti, Legend of Bhagat Singh, Mother India, 3 idiots, OMG, Dangal, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag etc these are the different level film which we saw only in Bollywood..
I won't deny that Bollywood copy many south Indian films but most of them are old action drama film..
But I also accept that in last 5 to 6 years South Indian film Industry esp Telugu is Dominated Bollywood by giving Milestones and different level movie like BAAHUBALI SERIES, MAGADHEERA, THE GHAZI ATTACK which was being appreciated by many countries..
Tamil has also lots of Talent esp KAMAL SIR movie like VISHWAROOPAM, DASHAVATARAM are different level film.. MALAYALAM AND SANDALWOOD also giving their best....
Overall I would like to rate Bollywood because of their different genres movie....

Self Motivational - Requirement for Success

A good way to be continuously self-motivated is to implement something like these 8 steps..

Keep a positive attitude: There’s is nothing more powerful for self-motivation than the right attitude. You can’t choose or control your circumstance, but can choose your attitude towards your circumstances.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Keep in Your Mind below Mentioned 7 step for self motivational..!!

  • 1. Start simple. Keep motivators around your work area – things that give you that initial spark to get going.
  • 2. Keep good company. Make more regular encounters with positive and motivated people. This could be as simple as IM chats with peers or a quick discussion with a friend who likes sharing ideas.
  • 3. Keep learning. Read and try to take in everything you can. The more you learn, the more confident you become in starting projects.
  • 4. Stay Positive. See the good in bad. When encountering obstacles, you want to be in the habit of finding what works to get over them.
  • 5. Stop thinking. Just do. If you find motivation for a particular project lacking, try getting started on something else. Something trivial even, then you’ll develop the momentum to begin the more important stuff.
  • 6. Know yourself. Keep notes on when your motivation sucks and when you feel like a superstar. There will be a pattern that, once you are aware of, you can work around and develop.
  • 7. Track your progress. Keep a tally or a progress bar for ongoing projects. When you see something growing you will always want to nurture it.
  • 8. Help others. Share your ideas and help friends get motivated. Seeing others do well will motivate you to do the same. Write about your success and get feedback from readers.
What I would hope happens here is you will gradually develop certain skills that become motivational habits.
Once you get to the stage where you are regularly helping others keep motivated – be it with a blog or talking with peers – you’ll find the cycle continuing where each facet of staying motivated is refined and developed.

Power of Network - System of success

Network Marketting Vs Job people will immediately choose to have Job--

As a foundation to that question one has to understand that there are 3 Levels of one earning an income.
Level 1: Addition
Level 2: Multiplication
Level 3: Exponential
A Job is an exchange for your time for an income…Level 1
You can take the extra income you get to move that income into Level 2 and Level 3 earnings, but for most of the middle class and lower income levels that is a difficult proposition.
Entrepreneurship is an option, but that has a very low success rate for the average person.
Also, it seems to be a winner takes all scenario.
Entrepreneurs mostly operate at Level 1 and 2.
Network Marketing allows people to use their sweat equity and a relatively small percentage of their monthly income to build their network or business.
As long as their is an underlying Product or service that is able to compete favourably with traditional offerings Multilevel Marketing is a good way to build up Level 2 and Level 3 incomes.
  • Possible to have weekends off, and set to work no more than 40 hours a week
Disadvantages of Job:
  • If you make a mistake, you can be fired
  • You only make money if the company survives
  • You have to do as told by your boss
  • You are paid a low wage for hourly pay
  • On salary pay you could be overworked on purpose
  • You must wait for someone to either be fired, quit, or die to have a chance of moving up
  • You are part of a pyramid scheme, where those on top of company are making money, while you are at the bottom getting the scraps
  • You get paid the same as a person who you work harder than
  • Most people earn just enough to get by until the next paycheck
  • You may be relocated to live where the company sees fit
So, now let’s take a look at network marketing and see how it can hold up to a job in “Network Marketing VS Job”
Network Marketing:
benefits:---
  • Can move to the top of a company if you attain better results or work harder

Employment & Workplace Imp & Requirements in Society....""

The stability of the economy rests on the ability to maintain a low unemployment rate and provide a safe, secure workplace. Employees benefit from an enjoyable workplace, and in turn businesses save money. When a solid relationship exists between the individual and her working environment, society benefits overall as well.

Employment Benefit

Auther "UKT""-

explains that the employment rate and economic growth are linked. This is because employment contributes to economic growth: Workers produce valuable goods and services, and in turn receive a wage which they can spend on buying the goods produced. High employment means a greater number of goods can be produced as well. Before the industrial revolution, workers relied only on what they could produce individually. This resulted in a limited number of products for sale, which generally included meat, grains and textiles. As production and employment with a business grows, so too does the variety of goods and services offered. The availability of electronics, various specialty foods, clothing and other retail items is due entirely to the expansion of employment opportunities and an able workforce willing to produce these items.

Workplace Benefits

The workplace also holds great importance in society. Companies strive to create a workplace hospitable to employees for many reasons, primarily to save money. When workers enjoy spending time in the workplace, this in turn reduces employee turnover. Furthermore, businesses enhance and utilize a worker’s skill set when turnover is low: Retraining employees, specifically in highly technical fields, is a costly endeavor. Another benefit of the workplace is ingraining corporate culture, which instills the business’s norms and ethics within workers. A 2010 “Business Insider” article explains how the workplace can also impart positive traits and attitudes, such as being innovative.
FACTORs...
The importance of the workplace and employment compel some groups to monitor and change the employment rate. The U.S. government and Federal Reserve manage the employment rate by observing economic indicators, adjusting the interest rate and monitoring GDP. Economic indicators such as retail sales and the unemployment rate reflect a willingness to spend disposable income and the number of job-seeking workers who have not yet found a job. Gregory Mankiw explains in the book, “Essentials of Economics” that by lowering the interest rate, the Federal Reserve allows businesses to grow by permitting access to credit. The U.S. government boosts consumer confidence and employment by offering tax breaks for purchases and creating work programs such as “Teach for America” and census jobs. The government also sets laws regarding the workforce by setting a minimum wage, enforcing overtime laws and implementing mandatory safety standards.

Considerations

Many companies conduct business abroad. When businesses outsource departments like customer service, textile manufacturing and IT support abroad, these divisions are subject to the employment and workplace laws governing that nation.

Benefits of Vitamin D3..!!

VITAMIN - D3. ...

D3 is only recently starting to get the recognition it deserves. It’s the main component that aids in the synthesis of proteins necessary for calcium absorption and is directly related to positive bone building. Calcium is absorbed through the intestines, and vitamin D3 is what enables this process to occur. Often you’ll see vitamin D3 coupled into calcium supplements. It’s for this reason. After vitamin D enters your body, through your skin or a supplement, it’s converted into 25 (OH)D, and then it’s considered “activated.” From here, it fulfills its role as an aid in calcium absorption.
Typically, vitamin D is hard to get from food since few foods contain the necessary amounts. The next two options are sun exposure and Supplement. Vitamin D is interesting in the fact that your body is able to synthesize it from sunlight — a trait that’s not seen with other vitamins. Most people love a tan, myself included.

It’s suggested that roughly 20 minutes of sun exposure will give your body the adequate supply it needs, but it’s crucial to take this advice with a grain of salt. The amount of sun exposure that an individual can withstand from short term and long term sun exposure is hard — if not impossible — to correctly determine. You must consider the UVA/UBA strength of the sun where you are, the time of year,  latitude, your family history and your ethnicity. Over exposure can lead to wrinkles, premature aging, and of course, different types of skin cancer.
On this one, it’s just easier to just play it safe
3. TAKE SUPPLIMENTS and practice safe sun exposure to get the best of both worlds.
Just a little FYI: The difference between vitamin d2 and d3 basically comes down to the fact that vitamin d2 can be toxic in large quantities and it’s not easily synthesized for supplement form. D3 is a result of the vitamin d we know — synthesized from the sun. It’s the one we need .
